Professional Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a distinguished professional background, ideally encompassing:

• A relevant technical education, such as Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture
• A proven and successful track record within the technical management of passenger vessels, preferably with responsibility for complex fleets
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and manage high‑stake operational decisions
• Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language
• Existing permission to work in the European Union
