Lars Thrane indgår ikke i processen

Når bestyrelsen i Thrane & Thrane skal beslutte, om man vil anbefale aktionærerne at tage imod det købstilbud der er kommet fra den britiske Cobham koncern, bliver det uden deltagelse af Lars Thrane.

”Bestyrelsen kommer til at træffe sin helt uafhængige afgørelse. Når vi skal give en anbefaling kommer Lars Thrane ikke til at deltage i beslutningen”, siger Thrane & Thranes bestyrelsesformand Morten Eldrup-Jørgensen til Ritzau Finans

Lars Thrane har offentligt tilkendegivet, at han er imod en britisk overtagelse af selskabet.

Bestyrelsen besluttede for nogle uger siden at igangsætte et strategiske review der skal kortlægge alle selskabets muligheder, og som skal sikre størst mulig værdi for aktionærerne.
