DFDS adjusts manning in Lithuania
SHIPPING: To reduce the operating costs of DFDS Lisco, DFDS Lithuanian operation, DFDS has decided to cut the crew on board the group's Lithuanian ships by four jobs per ship - and three jobs on one particular ship.
This corresponds to a total reduction of 23 jobs on board Lithuanian ships in the Baltic. At the same time the land operation in Klaipeda in will be adjusted by five jobs in total.
DFDS Lisco is a wholly owned subsidiary of DFDS.
Early September, DFDS announced a reduction of two positions per ship on all its ships sailing under Danish flag.
