At Go Nordic Cruiseline we are passionate, dedicated, and highly skilled professionals looking for a strong, commercially driven, and results-oriented Commercial Performance Manager to support our transition into a standalone organization and build the foundation for our future success. This role is not just about analytics—it’s about driving performance, decision-making, and effecting real change.

About the Position

You will be joining the Performance Team consisting of 5 people and taking a key role in strengthening our commercial impact through performance analysis and stakeholder management. The Performance Team is dedicated to increasing business performance by enabling strong commercial ownership, data-driven decision-making, and commercial optimization in close collaboration with our Sales and Marketing teams.

You will be a key person in driving the link between commercial execution and business results—through deep insights, structured follow-up, and performance frameworks that elevate our commercial teams’ impact.

Your Primary Responsibilities

As Commercial Performance Manager, your tasks will include:

  • Compiling data and extracting insights to steer sales and marketing efforts and overall commercial strategy.
  • Leading the development of performance reporting tools and dashboards to track KPIs across the commercial funnel.
  • Leading performance meetings with analysis, business insight, and recommendations for actions.
  • Handling and prioritizing requests from commercial teams to help maximize their impact.
  • Scenario modelling and forecasting to support commercial decision-making.

Who Are You?

As a Commercial Performance Manager, you could have a relevant educational background in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar—preferably combined with experience working closely with commercial stakeholders. But above all, your ability to drive change, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment will be your most important asset.

There are many paths to a role like this, and your background doesn’t necessarily have to be from our industry. However, we expect you to possess several of the following skills:

  • Experience with commercial or business performance management, revenue analysis, or similar.
  • Confidence in making decisions, challenging the status quo, and taking ownership.
  • Strong commercial mindset—you understand how data and follow-up drive better execution.
  • A high-level command of Excel and Power BI or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English, written as well as spoken.
