Product Engineer – G&O Maritime Group

On behalf of G&O Maritime Group, MARPRO Group is looking for a Product Engineer to join the PresVac Engineering team in their office in Lyngby. You will report to the Head of R&D Portfolio of the company.

The job

As a Product Engineer, you will play a vital role in the life cycle of advanced safety products used on tankers and supply vessels. Your work will span from operational support, maintaining spare parts lists and documentation, to ensuring compliance with maritime classification rules, certifications and approvals. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence both the technical quality and regulatory integrity of products that remain in service for decades. You will collaborate closely with production, quality, and purchasing, and your ability to understand technical drawings and translate complex requirements into practical solutions will be key to your success.

Professional qualifications

• Relevant technical education
• Maritime experience
• Experience with ERP systems for part lists and spare parts documentation
• Experience with implementing, reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals
• Knowledge of maritime regulations, class specifications & product approvals
• Proficient in Danish and English, both written and spoken

Personal characteristics

• Solid technical understanding
• Structured and self-driven with a high sense of responsibility
• Comfortable managing both short-term tasks and long-term improvements
• Adaptable and solution-oriented in a dynamic working environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills across different functions
