Sales Support Asia - C. C. Jensen

On behalf of C.C.JENSEN, MARPRO Group is seeking a Sales Supporter for the Asia region to support the Maritime Division.

C.C.JENSEN A/S is experiencing rapid growth by delivering solutions that ensure clean fuel and lubricants on all types of vessels and rigs. With engine maker approvals in place and over 1,000 proven installations completed, we are ready to accelerate further. To support this growth, we are now looking to add a Sales Support to our Marine team.

The job

The role involves clarifying subsequent commercial and technical questions with customers, distributors, or shipyards, and preparing offers in collaboration with our internal sales team and external distribution. We will ensure proper training and onboarding. The position is newly created, so you will have a significant influence on how your future role will develop. You will be part of the Marine segment, where things are busy, but there is also a strong focus on well-being and teamwork.

Your responsibilities will include

• Quotation, guidance, and dimensioning of products for our own salespeople and distributors as well as shipyards in Asia
• In close collaboration with the technical department and sales support, preparation of documentation and monthly reporting for such orders
• Handling of orders for shipyards and distributors
• Updating of orders and delivery status
• Follow-up on spare parts quotations, including tracking deadlines, possible renewals, and ultimately helping turn the quotation into an order
• Invitations to factory acceptance tests (FAT)
• Customer contact
• Backup for other functions in the department

Professional competencies we are looking for

• Relevant education
• Experience from a similar role
• Strong communication skills in English and preferably in Chinese
• Experience in dealings with Asian stakeholders
• Manages time and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Keeps processes running smoothly and ensures timely follow-up
