Storaktionær vil ud af Hapag-Lloyd

Den britiske rejsekoncern TUI, der lige nu ejer en aktiepost på 22 procent af Hapag-Lloyd, har ifølge den tyske avis Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung indledt forhandlinger med investorer om salg af sin aktiepost, efter fusionen med chilenske CSAV, der træder i kraft fra nytår.

TUI vil tilsyneladende ikke at vente på en eventuel børsnotering af det tyske containerrederi, og koncernen forhandler lige nu med mulige købere. TUI med den norske skibsreder John Frederiksen i ejerkredsen, har længe ønsket at trække sig fra Hapag-Lloyd.

TUI vil Ifølge formanden, Klaus Mangold, trække sig ud enten ved at sælge aktieposten til investorer eller vente til den børsnotering af Hapag-Lloyd, der ventes at finde sted i sidste halvår 2015.

TUIs aktiepost er bogført til en værdi af 467 millioner EUR, cirka 3,5 milliarder kroner. Efter en aktieudvidelse i forbindelse med fusionen mellem Hapag-LLoyd og CSAV vil TUIs aktiepost i det nye selskab blive reduceret til 13,9 procent mod de nuværende 22 procent.
