MV Balmoral er et nu mere end 65 år gammelt britisk udflugts-skib, der blandt andet har fragtet kongelige, er bygget ganske solidt. Det stod klart efter en spektakulær påsejling.

Vind og is generer færgedriften
Onsdag blæser det kraftigt over det meste af landet og det går ud over færgedriften flere steder. Således er alle afgange mellem Søby og Fåborg aflyst. Det samme gælder bl.a. færgerne til Endelave og Tunø. Barsøfærgen får også en ordentlig vippetur.
