Regional Sales Manager - Greece - Global Boiler Services

On behalf of Global Boiler Services (part of G&O Maritime Group), MARPRO Group is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the office in Athens. You will report to the Managing Director – Global Boiler Services, Middle East Branch.

The job

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for marine boiler repairs and services in Greece. The role combines strong commercial ownership with solid technical understanding, requiring technical insight and commercial capability.

You will oversee the full sales cycle from market development and lead generation to proposal management, negotiations and securing timely payments. With a focus on both relationship-building and technical comprehension, you will drive revenue growth and strengthen the company’s presence in this strategically significant region.

Professional qualifications

• Background as a Mechanical Engineer or equivalent technical foundation.
• 5–10 years of experience within the marine sector, ideally marine repairs, ship repair services or technical maritime sales.
• Fluent in Greek and English is a must.
• Proven experience managing sales in Greece
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert opportunities into closed deals.
• Solid understanding of marine boiler systems or related engineering service solutions is an advantage.
• Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining structured reporting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage technical and commercial stakeholders.
