You will explore a structured approach to managing work- related stress that focuses on six key factors: demands, control, support, relationships, role, and change.

The aim of this course is to inform you about different types of workplace violence, signs of potential violence and how best to respond. You will be able to explain the importance and purpose of a workplace violence prevention program and identify violence hazard prevention and controls.

This course on workplace hazards and personal safety, will inform you about the general hazards you will find offshore, how to evaluate them, and continue to carry out your duties as safely as possible.
