The aim of this course is to inform you about benzene and where you may be exposed to it, what might happen if you are exposed, and the precautions you can take to stay safe. This course follows OSHA's Benzene Standard (29 CFR 1910.1028).

You will be able to explain how to request medical records and identify which documents are exempt from disclosure. You will also be able to describe an employer's responsibilities regarding medical records.
