Nordane Shipping sælger aktiver fra

Nordane Shipping, der er ejet af Niels Højlund, kæmper med gæld, og selvom det seneste regnskab kun viste et lille underskud og var langt pænere end det foregående. Der er dog kun lidt tid til at indfri den kortfristede gæld, der på kort tid er vokset til 8,7 millioner kroner.

Regnskabet viser, at der i løbet af 2012 er optaget kortfristede lån for seks millioner kroner. Ledelsen af rederiet har givet sig selv frist til udgangen af 2013 til at sikre rederiets likviditet.Det skal ske ved salg af aktiver og ved optagelse af langfristede lån i nogle af de ejendomme, Nordane Shipping råder over.

2012-regnskabet viser et lille minus på 120.000 kroner mod et underskud året før på 2,7 millioner kroner, og ledelsen forventer, at 2013 vil ende med et plus.

Omsætningen er vokset i 2012 til 6,7 millioner kroner, hvilket er en halv million kroner mere end året før. Egenkapitalen er 18 millioner kroner og det er stort set uændret i forhold til 2011.
