This course provides an overview of cyber security and how to minimise potential threats in the workplace. You will learn about many of the potential threats, good practice to minimise exposure and attacks, and what precautions you should take whilst travelling and using video conferencing technology.

The aim of this course is to provide you with an insight into the different styles of leadership and management. You will gain an understanding of some of the core elements of first line management, which can enable you to lead and manage a team effectively.

This course provides an understanding of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), the rules and roles associated with the legislation, and what it means for you as an employee or employer. You will learn about personal data, how to protect it, and ways to identify and mitigate any potential risks at your company.

Recognize the primary purpose of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL).
