DONG etablerer nye kreditfaciliteter

DONG Energy A/S har fået en 5-årig syndikeret kreditfacilitet på 1,4 milliarder EUR samt en 3-årig syndikeret kreditfacilitet på 350 millioner. Begge lån har option på et års forlængelse. Faciliteterne erstatter en eksisterende syndikeret kreditfacilitet på 1,3 milliarder 2011 samt andre lån.

Med de nye faciliteter drager DONG Energy fordel af de nuværende gunstige vilkår på det europæiske marked for virksomhedskreditter.

Kreditfaciliteterne er arrangeret af DONG Energy med en udvalgt gruppe af 14 nordiske og internationale banker, der deltager i transaktionen som Bookrunners og Mandated Lead Arrangers med Nordea og Royal Bank of Scotland som koordinatorer.

De 14 banker er: Barclays Bank PLC, BNP Paribas, Citibank, Danske Bank AS, Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A., Goldman Sachs International Bank, Handelsbanken, J.P. Morgan Limited, MORGAN STANLEY, Nordea, RABOBANK, SEB, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. og The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Kreditfaciliteterne skal benyttes til DONG Energy’s almindelige forretningsaktiviteter.
