The aim of this course is to provide you with a basic knowledge of mental health problems that can arise in the workplace, the symptoms of a mental health issue and how a mental health problem can be treated. You will learn about how poor mental health can impact the workplace and how companies manage mental health issues through compliance with industry legislation and regulation.

Førstehjælp The aim of this course is to provide the delegate with an awareness of key first aid basics. You will learn about the associated legislation, human anatomy, how to manage a first aid incident and lifesaving using primary and secondary survey methods.

The aim of this course is to cover workplace noise control regulations, common hazards, exposure risks, recommended limits, and effective noise control measures.

To provide an overview of human factors in the workplace and the impact these factors can have on the day-to-day situations that occur.

Identify the types of waste generated from industrial and production processes. Identify the purpose of waste management plans. Recognize what constitutes the hierarchical regulatory framework for managing hazardous materials and waste. List the main objectives of the General Law for the Prevention and Integral Management of Waste (LGPGIR). Recognize the primary purpose of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL).

This course provides an overview of cyber security and how to minimise potential threats in the workplace. You will learn about many of the potential threats, good practice to minimise exposure and attacks, and what precautions you should take whilst travelling and using video conferencing technology.
