Ukraine: Russisk skyggeflåde er vokset

Siden de vestlige lande i 2022 indførte et prisloft på 60 dollar per tønde russisk råolie, for at bremse landets olieeksport, har russerne investeret 10 milliarder dollar i en udvidelse af den såkaldte skyggeflåde, der i dag står for 70 procent af russernes skibsbaserede olieeksport.

Det fremgår af en ny analyse, udarbejdet af den ukrainske tænketank Kyiv School of Economics.

Ifølge tænketanken er den mængde olie skyggeflåden transporterer vokset fra 2,4 millioner tønder om dagen, til nu 4,1 millioner tønder om dagen.

Skyggeflådens foretrukne rute går gennem de danske stræder. I gennemsnit passerer tæt på 3 skyggeflåde tankskibe med tvivlsomme ejer- og forsikringsforhold dansk farvand hver dag året rundt.

Danmark vil lige som EU rigtig gerne stoppe skyggeflådens brug af dansk farvand, men internationale traktater gør det meget vanskeligt for Danmark at gribe ind over skyggeflåden.
