The aim of this course is to equip you with the knowledge and tools to manage work-related stress effectively. You will learn how to recognize the signs of stress and mental health challenges, and gain an understanding of both your responsibilities and your employer's responsibilities in addressing stress at work. You will explore a structured approach to managing work- related stress that focuses on six key factors: demands, control, support, relationships, role, and change.

This global course provides an overview of the rules and regulations associated with bribery and corruption in the workplace. You will learn about the legislation outlined in different anti-Bribery laws and how this translates into the workplace. You will also gain knowledge and awareness on what appropriate actions you should take if you have any concerns relating to bribery and corruption.

The aim of this course is to provide you with an awareness of tuberculosis in the workplace. You will learn the definition of tuberculosis and common symptoms. You will also be able to describe testing for tuberculosis, how to treat it, and how to avoid contracting tuberculosis.

This course aims to equip you with essential knowledge and practices for safe working at height, including risk awareness, equipment use, safety controls, and hazard prevention.
