Revenue Manager at Go Nordic Cruiseline
We are a team of engaged, commercially driven colleagues building something from the ground up — and we’re looking for a Revenue Manager who wants to be part of that journey. You’ll be joining a workplace where people take ownership, support each other, and genuinely enjoy what they do.
This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. We need someone who moves between strategy and day-to-day operations with ease, makes clear decisions — and can back them up when challenged.
The Role
You will be a key member of our five-person Performance Team, owning the Revenue Management function. That means shaping how we work with pricing, demand forecasting and yield optimisation — not just maintaining existing processes, but improving them.
On any given day, you might be steering a commercial decision on short-term capacity, building a forecasting model, or challenging a pricing assumption with data to back you up. The role requires energy, clarity of thought, and the confidence to stand by your recommendations.
Your Responsibilities
• Own day-to-day capacity management and pricing decisions
• Develop and maintain tools for demand forecasting, yield optimisation and scenario modelling
• Drive commercial collaboration with sales and operational teams on booking decisions
• Analyse customer value across segments to improve overall profitability
• Identify and lead improvements to Revenue Management processes, tools and ways of working
Who You Are
Your background could be from hospitality, transport, travel or another industry where pricing and demand matter — what counts is your commercial instinct and your drive. You are equally comfortable with a spreadsheet and a boardroom conversation.
• Experience with Revenue or Yield Management in a commercial environment
• Strong analytical skills paired with sound business judgment — you know when the data is enough and when it isn’t
• Decisive and clear-headed under pressure; you make the call and communicate it well
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• High proficiency in Excel and Power BI or similar tools
• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage
What We Offer
• A real seat at the table in a growing team with significant influence on direction and culture
• A dynamic environment where your decisions have visible impact
• Competitive benefits including pension, canteen and fitness agreement
• The chance to experience our ships first-hand through employee travel
