Nyt vidensnetværk om kød og fisk

Muscle Based Food Network skal styrke samarbejdet mellem forskning og fødevarevirksomheder. Netværket er etableret af InSPIRe, som også fungerer som sekretariat for netværket, i sampsil med Landbrug & Fødevarer.

Målet med Muscle Based Food Network er at sikre relevant forskning og innovation inden for området muskelbaserede fødevarer på tværs af institutioner og erhvervslivet.

Københavns Universitet, Århus Universitet, Danmarks Tekniske Universitet, Danish Meat Research Institute samt Landbrug & Fødevarer står for at koordinere netværket.

Den foreløbige plan lyder på,at netværket skal være vært for tematiske arrangementer 2-3 gange om året. Der oprettes samtidigt en hjemmeside hvor der blandt andet kan hentes information om aktuelle forskningsprojekter og studentersamarbejde med virksomheder
