Mols-Linien kom med regnskab for sent

KORT NYT: Mols-Linien har fået en påtale af OMX Københavns Fondsbørs for at aflevere sit regnskab for sent. Rederiet skulle have offentliggjort sin meddelelse for 3. kvartal senest den 19. november. Men først mere end en uge senere, den 27. november, blev regnskabet offentliggjort.

I forbindelse med offentliggørelsen af regnskabet for 3. kvartal, der dog ikke indeholdt tal, nedjusterede rederiet forventningerne til hele året, til et samlet underskud før skat.

Ifølge Værdipapirhandelsloven skal et regnskab offentliggøres senest seks uger inden udgangen af en halvårsperiode, og den frist blev overskredet 19. november. Rederiet slipper dog for en politianmeldelse og nøjes med en påtale, fordi det er første gang Mols-Linien har overtrådt reglerne.
