SHIPPING: Anders Kartik Jensen, chartering manager in Lauritzen Bulkers' at the company's office in Singapore took a convincing victory in The Sahara Race 2010, a 250 km country footrace through the Sahara desert.

The sixth and final stage of the race took place on Saturday 9th October and Anders Kartik Jensen completed the extremely rough race in 26 hours 56 minutes and 28 seconds almost 39 minutes ahead of American Ryan Bennett, who finished second.
The persuasive performance was further confirmed by the fact that Anders Kartik Jensen won all six stages of the race and during the competition he was characterised as "the dashing Dane" by the race organisers.
