DFDS deler gaver ud til de ansatte

KORT NYT: 2020 har været et udfordrende år for mange – også for DFDS og rederiets godt 8.000 ansatte. DFDS påskønner nu de ansattes ekstraordinære indsats via tildeling af 50 DFDS-aktier til hver. Gaven har en samlet værdi på 110 millioner kroner.

”Vores medarbejdere har været igennem et usædvanligt udfordrende år. For at vise vores påskønnelse af deres indsats for DFDS og for vores kunder, samt styrke båndet til medarbejderne, har ledelsen og bestyrelsen besluttet at tildele aktier til alle medarbejdere. Aktierne optjenes i løbet af de næste tre år”, siger Claus V. Hemmingsen, formand for DFDS 'bestyrelse.

Aktierne tildeles i de fleste lande som såkaldte fantomaktier, hvorved berettigede medarbejdere modtager en kontant betaling i december 2023 svarende til værdien af 50 DFDS-aktier.
