Stress Management (Adaptive) (E-learning course - afholdes løbende)
The aim of this course is to equip you with the knowledge and tools to manage work-related stress effectively. You will learn how to recognize the signs of stress and mental health challenges, and gain an understanding of both your responsibilities and your employer's responsibilities in addressing stress at work. You will explore a structured approach to managing work- related stress that focuses on six key factors: demands, control, support, relationships, role, and change.
