Sarfaq Ittuk out of service for a month
The Greenlandic coastal passenger ship Sarfaq Ittuk that during a few days ran aground in both Qaqortoq and Nuuk, is so much damage that it will be out of service for a month, announces Arctic Umiaq Line.
According to Sermitsiaq.AG, Sarfaq Ittuk has received injuries on its rudder and rudder stock.
Arctic Umiaq Line has canceled coastal passenger ship departures until the 20th of Novembe. The company is trying to organize a new traffic program for the settlements that are normally sailed by Sarfaq Ittuk.
