Torm comments on Danish media reports

SHIPPING: With reference to certain articles in the Danish media Thursday, Torm would like to reiterate that negotiations are still proceeding with relevant stakeholders regarding a long-term, financial solution.

The content of the negotiations is in line with the main principles communicated at the Annual General Meeting on 23 April.

Torm will make a company announcement upon reaching an agreement.
